Since the Manz Privacy Hotels Switzerland was founded in 1889, the safety and well-being of our guests and employees have always been our top priority.

For over 131 years, cleanliness and hygiene have become the basic component of our hotels, which are optimized daily through specific internal processes, training and education in order for you to get the best possible experience. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were challenged to bring the already very high standards to an even higher level to counter more efficiently the external circumstances.

In order to dispel your concerns and worries, which are evoked by the current situation, on your next stay in our establishments, we have taken the following measures for you and our employees:

  • Disinfection stands on all floors and at the main entrance to enable continuous disinfection
  • Plexiglass – panes at the reception, to comply with the Federal Council's hygiene measures
  • 24-hour disinfection and ventilation of the rooms after each use, so that viruses, germs and bacteria are not given a chance of survival
  • Digitization of processes so that interpersonal contact can be reduced

It is not only important to us to meet the guidelines of the Federal Office of Public Health; but much more to show you the importance we attach to the health of our guests and employees.

What we have learned from this crisis is that we are all affected and everyone has to be part of the solution. We are convinced that we can protect the health of our guests and employees together through our measures, which are optimized through continuous employee training. It is still undetermined as of when unrestricted travel will be again possible, but we would like to assure you that as soon as the time come, we will be ready to welcome you in a safe and hygienic environment.
