Asparagus Weeks

Go for the asparagus! From April to June, we offer specialities for asparagus connoisseurs. We appreciate the flavour and purism of these noble spears. Even its nicknames - white gold, imperial vegetable, edible ivory - are a sign of its extraordinary flavour. In fact, asparagus was once a delicacy reserved exclusively for aristocrats. And today? What a question: it is the local vegetable that accompanies us through spring.

Asparagus Weeks
This spring, nobody will be able to claim that asparagus is totally boring. We serve fresh green and white asparagus in all sorts of variations: with fish or various meat specialities in the form of two types of asparagus with hollandaise and young potatoes.

Price: depending on the dish between CHF 39 & CHF 59.
